Handling Criticism

Whether from friends, family or work colleagues, we can all receive criticism at different times in our lives.

This criticism has any components, two of which are what the person is saying to us and what that message means to us about ourselves.

If we are prone to placing a too-negative interpretation on ever piece of criticism we hear then we are being too hard on ourselves.
