Performance Anxiety

Whilst it is natural and only expected to be somewhat concerned that we can give our best for a presentation or a performance, if these feelings are too great we can find ourselves unable to carry out the tasks we wish to do.

Performance anxiety can affect anybody at anytime, from someone that is going to stand up in front of work colleagues, right up to famous actors and musicians appearing on the world stage.

What makes this worse is that the anxiety can appear from nowhere, as if, for years things have been ok and then, suddenly, every event is prefaced by performance anxiety.

Performance anxiety can be addressed through the application of BWRT, hypnosis and hypnotherapy whereby those anxious feelings can be turned down and tuned out so that you can simply get on with giving a great performance and obtaining the positive feedback you deserve.
