Self Image

In these image-conscious times it is very easy for our thoughts to be tarnished by the comments and actions of others.

We can get caught up in comparing ourselves to others, perhaps friends, possibly even people we see on the television on in films.

Whilst on one hand we know that it’s ‘silly’ to do this, we still do it, and we can end up making ourselves feel sad over these thoughts.
