Are you troubled by insomnia?
If you’re troubled by problems with insomnia or suffer from poor sleeping patterns, then I want you to realise that this can be overcome.
Just imagine how much better you’d feel if, every night, when your head hit the pillow you’d find yourself simply floating off into a relaxing sleepy feeling. And then, after a good and healthy length of time, you’d find yourself waking up rested and refreshed.
Would you like that to be how you experience sleep? Because if it is then change IS possible.
I’ve recorded this brief video that explains more.
Do you agree with any of the following questions:
Do you wish you could, just for once, get a good night’s sleep?
Have you been having disturbed sleep for a long time?
Do you suffer from bad dreams, keep waking up, can’t settle?
During the day are you feeling tired all the time?
Are you worried something bad will happen if you relax?
If you’ve answered “yes” to any of those questions then you’re going to be amazed to discover that overcoming insomnia permanently is quick and easy with hypnosis.
If you’re not suffering with any medical conditions that interfere with your natural sleep pattern then you should be able to fall asleep around the same time each night, and stay asleep for enough time each night so as to awaken feeling fully refreshed.
The act of falling asleep should be natural, peaceful and effortless. When you fall asleep you should be able to sleep soundly until the time comes for you to awaken in the morning.
However, it is possible for thoughts, ideas, images and suchlike to disturb your body’s natural pre-sleep patterns and therefore mean it is next to impossible for you to fall asleep in a healthy manner.
Sometimes we can become so caught up on remembering to get ourselves ready for the next day that we do not allow ourselves time to rest from this day and othertimes our worries about the future act to stop us from obtaining the rest we require so that we can be fortified for our future events.
It doesn’t have to be this way, however.
I’ve worked with many clients who have suffered problems with sleep.
Erratic sleep, not being able to go to sleep, repeating dreams and waking too early are all symptoms of something going on in your mind.
Once we can quieten whatever is going on in that ‘hidden place’ of your unconscious mind you will quickly find out what it’s like to have a good night’s sleep.
You can read my many testimonials from clients who discovered how long-standing insomnia and poor sleeping patterns can be addressed and finally overcome.
Hypnosis, BWRT® and hypnotherapy can help to alleviate such issues as racing thoughts, worries and concerns about actions done or not yet carried out.
Self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques can also be taught so that you can ‘switch-off’ and fall into a deep relaxed state, in seconds or minutes, meaning a deep relaxing sleep becomes effortless instead of impossible.
